How did I get here?
I vividly remember being 8 years old, sitting on my bed after a family argument. Feeling like a miniature emotional mechanic I decided to take on the mission of solving the family’s problems. At the time I had no idea that this decision at such a young age was my introduction to what would later turn into a career in life coaching. This fascination with how people work has been an intrinsic to my spiritual and creative journey. Seeking always to see beyond the noise, understand who we really are and solution the most effective ways to help people heal, move forward and live their best lives…….
