Therefore in this 6 week coaching  programme I will listen acutely to your essence and  encourage you to learn the difference between your inner voice of guidance and your  inner critic. I will also help you to clarify and own the value of your  ideas and  transform fear, doubt and resistance into natural confidence and charisma.
